The practice is in Manchester city centre, making it accessible by tram, train, bus, taxi, or car. This page gives practical information about where sessions take place, how to plan your journey, and what to expect when you arrive.
Sessions take place by appointment only, either at the office or online. If you would like a consultation, please get in touch beforehand.
Fees
The first step is a free consultation of up to 60 minutes, held online or at my Manchester city centre office. There is no fee or obligation to continue.
My current fee for hypnotherapy sessions is £95 per session. Sessions can also be held online or in person, whichever suits you best.
A discounted rate of £70 is available if you are 25 or younger.

Arriving by Tram or Train
The practice is in Manchester city centre, close to the Deansgate and Castlefield area.
If you are travelling by tram, Deansgate-Castlefield is likely to be one of the most convenient Metrolink stops. From there, you can walk towards Deansgate and continue to 244 Deansgate.
If you are travelling by train, check the best route from your starting station before you set off. Manchester city centre has several rail stations, and the most convenient option may depend on where you are travelling from.
Arriving by Car
If you are driving, please allow extra time for Manchester city centre traffic, roadworks, one-way systems, and parking.
There is no dedicated client parking at the practice, but there are city centre car parks within reach of Deansgate. You may want to check parking availability, opening times, and prices before travelling, especially if your appointment is near a busy period or an evening event in the city centre.
Nearby options may include car parks around the Great Northern, Manchester Central, Spinningfields, or Deansgate areas. Please check your preferred car park directly before travelling, as prices and access arrangements can change.
Arriving by Bus or Taxi
Deansgate is a well-known city centre location, so bus and taxi services are usually straightforward options.
If using a taxi, enter:

The taxi should be able to drop you directly outside the building.
It can be useful to allow a few extra minutes before your appointment, especially at busy times of day.
When You Arrive
Please arrive at the agreed appointment time, or a couple of minutes early. There is no need to prepare anything elaborate before your first consultation.
The concierge will direct you to the second floor, where there is a comfortable seated waiting area. I will greet you there.

Because the practice is in Manchester city centre, clients often attend from areas such as Salford, Chorlton, Didsbury, Sale, Altrincham, Stockport, Trafford, Prestwich, Urmston, Stretford, and other parts of Greater Manchester.
Some clients also travel from further afield because they prefer to work with a hypnotherapist in a city centre location that is accessible by public transport, or because sessions can be held online.
