Here's what happens after you send me an enquiry:
When you send an enquiry (using the form opposite or by email) I aim to respond within 24 hours.
If you explain what you are looking to get help with, in my reply I'll outline how I can help. I'll suggest some dates for a consultation, and if you would like to meet we can take it from there.
Some people prefer to telephone, which is fine - my number is: 07790 506375.
Here's what happens with the free consultation:
When we first meet, I'll offer you a drink and we'll sit in my private, comfortable office. I'll ask for a bit more information about your enquiry, and give you a bit of time to explain the situation.
You might be a bit nervous at first, and I'm used to helping people relax. Also, people often feel that it can be easier to talk with a complete stranger... Most people find the consultation stress-free and straightforward.
In fact people often find the free consultation very useful, feeling better just as a result of having somebody listen; having a chance to get things out of their mind and into the open...
As the consultation progresses I'll explain the psychological basis for some of your difficulties. I'll also explain what can be done to help. As a result you will have a very clear picture of how the sessions would progress.
At this point you can go away and think about it or book in for a first session. There is no obligation either way. Usually, a person will book in straight away, feeling reassured that I can help but again - it is entirely up to you.

What are the costs?
All sessions cost £70.
Sessions usually last around 75
minutes.
There is a discount of up to 30% available
if you are:
- A student.
- Receiving tax-credits, incapacity benefit, or job seekers allowance.
- Experiencing complex issues (OCD, Bulimia, depression,
etc) that might require more than 10 sessions.
